Maxine's professional approach is built on two decades of pioneering work. After earning her Master’s in International Business Marketing and becoming Certified in Subsurface Petroleum Data Management, she spent over ten years with Schlumberger, a world-leading technology company. There, she was a true innovator: building a query database with the technology team in London that took raw data from the field and transformed it into essential answers used by R&D, HR, Accounting, and Operations across the entire global organization. Her work wasn't siloed; it connected departments and drove worldwide efficiency, leading her to train peers across Europe, Russia, and Africa.

This deep experience in data quality, governance, and advanced system integration continued as she moved into blockchain powered smart contracts at Data Gumbo. For the past decade, she has also focused on Business Development, using tools to successfully drive quality lead generation, sales enablement, and brand recognition.

Today, Maxine is driven by a powerful vision: to bring that same level of "Borg technology"—where internal departments are perfectly connected and working as one unit—to small and medium businesses. She guides organizations in setting up intelligent administrative systems that automate complex tasks from start to finish.
